lite-on dvd region free firmware

somebody said it exists, so...
does anybody know where i can find region free firmware for the lite-on ltd163?
i tried searching on google (though not for that long) and i couldn't find a link.
it will allow me to play dvd's from ANYWHERE right? doesn't matter the region? and all i do is install it and that's it?

This can be a slippery slope because the operating system can have a region function that can be changed only a limited number of times and the DVD movie software has a region function that can only be changed a limited number of times. I have had to do a format and reinstall a couple of times for this reason.

that's why you need to run something like dvd region killer as well!
