Thinking about buying this burner not had one before. Can get it for £76. Has anybody got this cdrw is it any good.

I bought one of these for a second computer, and I have been well pleased with it. The model that I bought was a 12x-8x-32x with burnproof, in all honestly it is as good as or better than my sony CRX160.

Not meaning to be rough, but most will avoid this thread because it is done so much.

IMO, from what I have seen in the countless other threads...yes it seemd decent and the price is too damn good to pass up. Burnproof and 12x..what else do you need???

I actually just got 1 yesterday & it's very nice,i burned about 10 cds so far & it's very fast & cheap.

Whats the software like that comes with it.Is nero v5.0 better if i buy this whith drive cost £11

Mine came with adaptec software but i am not using it.

I allready had Nero installed & i use Nero 5.5
