LITE-ON CD-RW Drive won't read

I have a 52x Lite-On CD burner that won't read ANY cds. The drive is detected in the BIOS, and shows up correctly in windows hardware manager, but when I put a CD in, nothing happens. Doubleclick the drive and it just says please insert disk.

I figure the drive is dead, but figured I would get a second opinion.

Any idea on who to rma it to? The retailer wont' take it back because its been too long, and I can't find anything on Lite-Ons website

If ya find anything on RMA, Let me know also..I looked at liteonit.com a bit back and got "page not found" or something like that in the RMA area of thier website. I also have a 52x burner that just up and croaked on me. Does the EXACT same thing as yours.
