ClubIT has the Lite-On 20X Dual Layer DVD±RW Writer in black with LightScribe Technology for $24.99 after a $15 MIR. Shipping is extra, but via FedEx.

Sorry, but it's IDE, not SATA on this one. It is a retail boxed burner instead of an OEM version, though.

May be hot enough for some people out there..... :)

Price has risen $1.83 since I first posted this deal......maybe the AT effect showing up?

Second and LAST price edit....gone up again!!! :(

Well, I guess they have some sort of pricing engine, like Newegg, that raises the price dependent upon popularity. The price has now risen to $30.99 after rebate....and I no longer consider it a deal. Title and OP will be edited to reflect this.

I despise etailers that do this....really puts a big black mark against SlugIT in my book!!!

Deal still going....but price is still hovering at $24.99. Glad I bought one when it was lower. Debbie's been wanting to mess around with LightScribe, now she's going to get her wish...and I didn't have to lay out $40 for it. :)

Well crap!!! I JUST bought one of these from Newegg for $37.99. I wish I would've seen this before I bought mine. Oh well, stuff happens.

Great deal but, so far, out of 4 rebates to date through Clubit - my record has been 100% headaches. All of them required multple phone calls and and emails to finally get fulfilled.

Hope this helps.....I think it's the correct one.

:)

You can find any ClubIT rebates by clicking on the Rebate Center link in the Customer Service section at the bottom of any page....probably not checkout, but most any other page I'd think......waaaaay down at the bottom in small print. The rebates can be broken down by date, manufacturer, etc. Actually one of the better rebate download areas I've seen online.
