Lite-On 52327s CD-RW: Is this normal?

I upgraded my 4x burner, to this 52x Lite-on. I have burned a bunch of CD's an no coasters or anything. The burning seems perfect. However, sometimes when I am reading discs, or installing programs, I hear the drive spin up like an airplane taking off (which is normal), but every once and a while, it changes from sounding like a plane, to almost sounding like the disc is rattling. Thats really the only way to describe it. It sounds aweful.

Is this normal? I'm surprised if it is. My 40x Pioneer 104s doesn't rattle - it just spins up like a plane.

also, i have 2 and none of mine rattle my case. also, it came with nero express which has nero drivespeed on it and u can set it to not read at 52x, i use 8x to watch anime and listen to music and it is sillent.
