Lite-On 24x, anyone tried to burn with 99-min CD-r's?

I am looking at getting the 24x lite-on because it is cheap and works pretty well from every account I am reading. prety much anything would be a step up for me as I use a Acer 4x2x32 right now. I was curious if anyone has read/written to and from a 99-min CDR yet? According the Lite-on's webpage, the 24x can burn and read the entire 99-min CDr but I was looking for some independant verification of that. also, has anyone had any trouble with this drive? thanks alot
