I was listening to some old stuff and thin lizzy led to metallica which lead to megadeth.

Forgot about these two songs being identical save tempo and lyrics.

youtube is great for their videos. What I think is funny is you bring up Thin Lizzy at a party and people will bash the band thinking they know it.

Then you bring up songs like Whiskey in the Jar, Boys are Back In Town, etc and they argue that the remakes were the originals.

Naked, Mustaine wrote the song and music and was still credited by Metallica for it. They just made it more successful for them. I love Metallica but they have ripped off many people getting to where they are including their name even. It's the way the business goes though...it's not the best musicians, it's the most popular/catchy/hot looking.
