There should be tons of choices. You just may need to get creative and look local instead of at the major national news sites. A lot of the local or regional news/media sites are simply tying into major network radio feeds (like ABC radio.) Hell, I was listening to ESPNradio.com's coverage earlier. Since ABC owns them, they just put the ABC News stream in instead. Nobody cares that much about sports right now anyway. Good move on their part.

the only one I remember is www.broadcast.com which was bought by yahoo. they require you to use their interface which sucks but there are alot of stations in their directory.
