You do realize IS300 does well in Auto-X's .... 1/4 miles don't determine a cars ability.
Although IS300 lacks in power ( came out I believe it's 3rd year in the US ) it has no problems in the twisties and is an overall good performer.

A run for it's money ? An IS300 will rip up the TL-S in an Auto-X Keep on racing with a mag fanboy.
No I'm not bitter that the Nets lost. Atleast they make it to the finals. They were the underdogs and they were expected to lose.


Oh yea... if you want to go fast in a straight line, there are many better choices than the TL-S

If someone wants to autocross, there are many better choices than an is300.

oh yeah, seriously, fwd bashing is kind of old now. Hondas and acuras are some of the best fwd handling cars ever, like the rsx and integra. Plus several fwd cars do very well in touring car competitions.

Why don't you name a couple ? A stock IS300 outhandles a lot of cars...

And I did give credit to the ITR, we're talking about the TL-S and even the CL-S ... those cars are boats... with their weight and all that power = torque steer.

You really do think that the G35 sedan can outhandle an IS ? and which BMW ? the 325 ? the 330? the M3 ?

I'd give it to the 330CI and the M3 but a 325 can't outhandle an IS...

I personally think its a SPORTY sedan. Not sport sedan, but sporty. Btw, FWD can equal Sport...look at the Type-R.

I've never heard of any "Type-R" car being a sports car.

I've had a 99 SL2 for the past four years. Not a single problem with it and it gets excellent gas mileage. 53,000+ miles and not a single regret.

I never heard of the TL/CL having problems with torque steer. They don't have that much torque.

Usually torque steer is associated with the Altima and Maxima, being more torquey FWD'ers.
