Projection:
120" 4/3 aspect ratio, high gain, projection screen. We went with 4/3 for normal viewing, projector auto switches to 16/9 for DVD's and HDTV.
Sony VPH-D50Q CRT projector with 3 50mm guns for red/green/blue - maximum resolution is 800x600. From our Faroudja line scaler, we ran 5 runs of Audioquest RGB coax (red,green,blue,v-sync,h-sync).
Speakers:
Center: B&W Nautilus HTM1
Front Left & Right: B&W Nautilus 804's
Side Surround Left & Right: B&W Nautilus SCM1
Rear Surround Left & Right: B&W Signature 7NT
Subwoofer: Velodyne HGS-12
The center speaker is inside of a cabinet that spans the entire front of the room. This speaker is located about 1 1/2' below the screen edge. With black-mesh screens over the cabinet openings, most people don't even realize that there is a center. When I pull the magnetized cover off, they're always speechless when they see its size. The center is the most important speaker, and this is a great center speaker. The side surrounds on mounted on the walls directly across from our seating. They're positioned just a bit higher than your ear height when sitting. The rear surrounds are mounted in the ceiling just behind our seating.
We bi-wired every single speaker. We used copper-plated balanced interconnects between our AVP and the AMPs; each cable cost about $200 (at cost), we have 7 total. For speaker cable, we used Audioquest CV-4. The CV-4 cost around $4-5/foot; we ran somewhere around 1000ft (bi-wiring takes a lot of cable).

** EDIT **
Anyone notice the Panja/AMX cardcage and touchpanel that are visible in these pictures?

We've got a nice AMX system setup here; our Landmark file is around 4MB if that means anything to anyone. We also have a dedicated one-way viewpoint for the theater, it's got a bad antenna and is not visible in these pictures.
