List your favorite Tool; personally I love my 2 foot breaker bar

Without this breaker bar about half the stuff I do on my cars would either be impossible or take me a really really long time. With breaker bar I managed to change both front rotor on my Integra in about an hour today.

Breaker bar is good. My favorite tool is a long-handled 3/8" rachet with a swivel head. Makes removing things EASY. Thanks to you SEARS!

I'll happily take a screw driver over most tools. I don't do much work outside of computers, so "eh".

I've been wanting to build myself a new CD/DVD shelf, but I just don't have the skills to really plan it.

My Makita Cordless 3/8 Impact Gun is my favorite, without a doubt!

What kind of work are you doing that makes that tool so useful? Just curious as it seems I wouldn't have much use for it working on my car.
I used it so much when I worked on cars for a living, I have three batteries for it.

Looking back at it, that's not the exact gun. It's actually this Makita with a 3/8" head.

Although I don't use near as much as other stuff, my homemade shim die I made when I was an apprentice 25 years ago.

It's got every size in 1/16" increments up to an inch, it's made out D2(great grade of steel), punches and dies both have relief, it's about 3" X 5" X 1 1/2", and it all fits together like a jigsaw puzzle. Everything on it was honed to size. Even the chamfers were done on a surface grinder.

It must have taken me 40 hrs. to make it. Thank you Generous Motors.
