What freeware/shareware programs are always on your list to install?

Also, This has been done before, but, it's always nice to see if anything new out there is worth checking out.

On my pc: Maxthon, IESpell, DQSD (Dave's Toolbar), Multidesk (I use an older version which I like better), Irfanview, SmartFTP, Winamp, Grabit, Acrobat (although it kills me to do so), and the obvious like AdAware, SpyBot, CCleaner.
