I speak with a lot of people per day at work (online or otherwise) and I've come across some interesting ones...

Some common examples:
- we spent our time chasing ghosts
- we don't need to reinvent the wheel
- let's not waste time spinning cycles

There are a few that elude my memory at the moment but they were quite creative... let's see what you've come across...
