George W Bush's list is better by a long shot, IMO. Though I can't recall him saying hardly any of them, and most of them sound made up, which makes me think they definitely came from his mouth.

There's a significant difference between the 2 lists though. GWB's list seems to be made up of mostly terms of friendly nicknames. Trump's list is just weak attempts to belittle people.
