How do you find a list of the ISPs available in your area?
I don't think I even have a choice besides TWC and AT&T.

Apparently, my choices are
TWC ( or EarthLink Cable - piggybacks on TWCs infrastructure).
AT&T DSL, ( or dozens of regional DSL companies which piggybacks on AT&Ts infrastructure. )

I have honestly been pleased with the speed and reliability of TWC. However, they are rolling out monthly usage CAPs. SUK.
