For my naming scheme of various computers, I try to stick with names of various AI in comics/tv/movies/whatever, and I'm trying to compile a list of different intelligences/robots. Feel free to add.

Ultron- Marvel Comics
Collosus- movie, the Forbin Project
Skynet - Terminator movies/Fallout 2
Master-control - Tron
SHODAN- System Shock 1 and 2
Max Headroom - movie and tv series
Maximiliion - The Black Hole (movie)
Daedalus/Icarus- Deus Ex (video game)
Brainiac - DC comics

edit: first one that popped into my head was the little robot from Buck Rogers but I dont remember his name.

 
Rommie/Andromeda - Andromeda
Balance of Judgement - Andromeda

There were several other AIs in Andromeda. I cannot remember ther names, but T'leac(SG1) and Joshua(First Wave) played them very well.
