it's funny, but most people I know are prouder of being from the dangerous cities, than friends I have in newton, which is the safest in america

Memphis #3 on metropolitan areas. It's those people in West Memphis, AR and Southhaven, MS that make us look so bad.

I've never been in a single one of the top 25 safest cities while I've visited 14 of the 25 most dangerous.

For metro areas, I've been in 14 of the top 25 safest and 11 of the 25 most dangerous. Of course, I grew up in the state that has more than 25% of the 25 safest metro areas on the list.

No kidding...Everyone there is rich and a atleast 10 kids from their high school get accepted to Harvard every year, not that it has anything to do with it.....Hell...everyone there is rich!!!

Damn I live in the 5th most dangerous city, I cant believe Compton is rated safer.
