Ick, just three. I think these should be top 5, get some more movies listed...
Anyway, mine are
1. Charade -- Cary Grant and Audry Hepburn. Since many have not seen it, I reccomend renting the remake The Truth About Charlie on DVD just for the fact that they have this on there. No other movie has made me laugh this much. The chemistry between the leads is fabolous and the shere volume of one-liners tossed back and forth is astounding. If only hollywood could make movies like this again!
2. Clerks -- Yeah, gotta go with the crowd here. Very clever and did have some great material in it. And Randle, especially his video ordering scene, is just such a scene stealer.
3. Spaceballs -- Definetly Mel Brooks' best film. Everything was just so well done 🙂 Young Frankenstien is close, too.
Two other noteworthy movies from my top 5 selection:
4. The Whole Nine Yards --Bruce Willis definetly has fun with his role, and Matthew Perry is just nuts. Very original, and the humour carries all the way through.
5. Arsenic and Old Lace -- Another Cary Grant movie. This is a movie that you watch and boggle at as the main character's situation just keeps getting worse and worse. And it starts with him finding the body of the man his aunts just killed.
