I'm very adventuresome when it comes to food and I'm eager to try anything and everything. Still I'll admit that there are some things that I just don't care for, shellfish probably being the only whole category I dislike. So here's a list of things I hate and just dislike

Strongly Dislike:

Liver - can't get past the pasty chalk like texture and the somewhat metallic like taste

Shellfish (with strong fishy flavour) - I can eat them and even like them if they don't have a strong fishy flavour but often it does and then it just makes me gag.

Durian - Tastes like a mix of cream custard, raw onions and garlic. I don't hate it as much as some but it's certainly not good. My mother loves it!!

Raw radishes - Find these in vegetable dip plates at parties, no thanks!

Doogh - Middle eastern yogurt based carbonated drink. Think carbonated sour milk. Wanted to try it cause I've seen it in many places here. Had a great deal of trouble finishing the bottle. Maybe I got a bad batch or something. Will try again some time if I can find a SMALL bottle.

Preserved duck eggs (century eggs) - They are black and a little transparent. Popular in congee. Just can't get used to the taste.

Dislike but tolerable

Bitter Melon - Like Brussels Sprouts only 10x more bitter

Brussels Sprouts - Not as bad as Bitter Melon but still don't love them.

Raw cabbage - Cold Slaw and other salads sometimes, yeah not my fav

Sweet Potato - Don't know why, for some reason my taste buds just say no to the combo of sweet flavour and potato texture

Straight Milk - With cereal I like it, don't like it by itself. Course I'm a bit lactose intolerant.

Strong gamy tasting meat - Just haven't gotten used to it yet. I really need to expand my tastes to include some of the more gamy meats. I'm sure with time and prepared right I could love them.

I'll add more when I think of them.

Let's hear your list

Here's what comes to mind right off.

Will not eat:
Hummus, unless I make it myself.
olive leaves, if they are caned.
Menudo/tripas, ever.
mole, the one that tastes like but-hole.
human flesh, unless I'm a zombie.

Will eat if done right, but otherwise NO.
Sushi/Sashimi
Meat, I hate dry meat.
crazy shit, like on brad tries

Will eat, but usually it's done wrong and I find it annoying:
Pancakes, Eggs and Hash-browns
Po-boy
Pizza
Durian

I love Hummus, haven't came across any that I don't like!

Olive Leaves? Can't remember if I've tried it. Grape leaves, now those I love (dolmades!!)

Menudo/tripas - Never heard of it. I see they are Mexican dishes made with organ meat. Yeah I don't really love organ meat but want to try more.

Mole - ???

Sushi/Sashimi - Love it, haven't found any that I don't like. Of course the cheap places tend not to make it all that well but most places around here make passable sushi.

Milk. Because I'm lactose intolerant. I like the flavour, but the side-effect of diarrhoea is a big turn-off for me.

Eggplant and a few chinese green leafy vegetables.

Pretty much everything else, I'll eat.

calamari... i can't eat anything with a suction cup... it might grab my tonsils on its way down
Squid is generally better than octopus. Most people don't cook it right, it's all rubbery and chewy.

Anything that's slimy or mushy either raw or cooked.

Brown Rice can't stand the texture of it

Pears especially canned. Only because of a bad experience where I was forced to eat them at school lunch then proceeded to projectile vomit them all over the lunch monitor. I did warn her though

brussel sprouts... I cooked them once, roasted with a bit of olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, but they were like total mush.

olives... bitter and salty.

rice, pasta... nothing to do with the taste, but they sit like a rock in my stomach and make me feel like crap.

Organs, in general. Liver, heart, stomach, whatever...the texture is just off.

Brown rice, except short grain.

Cantaloupe.

Yams.

Most squash. Most cooked squash makes me nauseous, but just because of the aroma, flavor, and texture (it doesn't make sick or anything, so occasionally I try some to confirm that I still dislike it :)). Pumpkin is an exception, as are uncooked yellow and white squash.

Guacamole.

Fish eggs. It's the squishiness and texture.

Tofu, and related unfermented soybean products. I'll deal with them in some dishes, but don't like them in any.

Red meat.

Box brownies and cakes. They just taste nasty.

Commercially canned vegetables. They are devoid of their proper flavor and texture, and all have a weird added flavor. Green beans and limas seem to be the worst.

Asian noodles of all kinds with food coloring. I don't think the cause is tartrazine, but that the ones that have no color, or use something else (anatto and turmeric are the most common), are typically made to much higher standards.

Won't eat
Shrimp- The texture and the taste.
Brussel sprouts- Just never found a good way to cook them that I like
Eggplants- I've had ONE preparation that I like of this food, and was deep fried and served in a specialty pasta at a local restaurant
Box brownies/cake/cookies in a tube- NASTY. Takes only a few minute more to make them home made.
Wonder bread/any bread with 50 ingredients. I make bread at home, it usually has 5 ingredients, sometimes as many as 8-10 ingredients if I make multi-grain bread, but NEVER more then 10.

Then there is a huge list of things that I try to avoid unless I made it myself...but pretty much most boxed/canned/processed stuff we avoid like the plague. I haven't bought something from the canned food aisle in probably 6 months. This is possible because between me, my wife and my parents we do alot of canning/roasting/preserving in the fall from our gardens and share any excess. For example pickles, I haven't bought pickles over a year because I make my own. And apparently they are so good I sold 7.5 GALLONS of organic homemade pickles last year to friends/family/co-workers

just about all white fish (except cod, and only when fried ala fish and chips)... not white as in the species, but the color (because I include tilapia in with that).

I find them all to be very flavor-less.

Never eat: Liver, Kidneys
Don't care much for: Coconut, Eggplant, Sweet Potatoes, and generic Peas (fresh varieties than come in a pod are usually OK).

Liver - nasty taste!
Coconut - Not sure if it's the flavor or the texture but it makes me gag.
Raw tomato - why do places want to put a tomato on everything? When i eat out i specify NO TOMATO on any type of sandwich i order.

The shorter list is what I will eat, and even some of the things on that list I shouldn't eat thanks to gluten intolerance.

Well, there are some things that I have not had occasion to try that I'm pretty sure I wouldn't enjoy.

As far as stuff that I've tried (or had to eat when little) and won't eat again:

Eel: the texture just throws me off

Canned vegetables: hate them, willing to eat canned corn if necessary

Olives: most are too salty for me to enjoy

Gator: it's okay, just not something I'd spend money on again, unless it's deep friend :D

edit: Fried, lol at boomerD

Some interesting recurrences here. I see eggplant mentioned a few times. I didn't like it before either but have come to enjoy it. Squid is mentioned often as well which is too bad because cooked right it's fantastic. Coconut is another one I see, ripe coconut is quite good but it's hard to find really good fresh coconut outside of the tropics.

Hmmm...male or female? Pitch or catch?

I don't eat liver unless it's fresh from an elk that I killed myself...and I haven't hunted in over 20 years, so...no liver for me.
I don't eat any of the "variety meats" that are fairly common in Mexican restaurants...tripe, brains, etc., and no "chitterlings" for me either...I prefer to NOT eat guts. (but when I'm hungry...meat's meat)

In my youth, I ate quite a few things that even the thought of eating nowadays makes me gag...but, I was young...and when you're a guest in someone's house, it's rude to refuse food...especially when it's taking precious resources for them to even offer it to you.

I know I've eaten dogs, cats, horses, mules, rats, seagulls, and quite a few "creepie-crawlies"...and I'd prefer to never go that way again. (horses and mules, I'm fine with eating.)

Seafood. Was allergic as a kid, so never developed a taste/tolerance for it.
Spicy. Taco bell mild sauce makes me pour sweat.
Cottage cheese. No idea why, just can't stand it.
Oatmeal. Texture thing I'm pretty sure.
Brussels sprouts. Combination of taste & texture. Just find them disgusting.
Thai. Have tried it 3 or 4 times, and never found anything I find even remotely edible.
Coconut. It's not the taste, it's the text...no, never mind. It's the taste. Seriously *barf*.
Cabbage. Not a fan of any part of it. Small portions added to a salad or such is barely ok.
Sweet potato. Not sure why, just not a good flavor.
Sweet pickles. *blech*
Lima beans. Not god awful, but not a fan.
Black olives. Don't like em, but generally too lazy to pick them out of shit.
