Having only ever read half the EULA and then not understanding it all. I have question for those with more "mental prowess" Or a bent for things legal.
I am intersted in knowing the legality in the following scenerio
1: can I unistall a windows os (registered) from one machine and sell or trade it or give it to someone else. and they inturn install it on their machine (providing coa and numbers are tranfered with the cd)?
 
if you own the cd, and this is a OS that didnt come preinstalled on your machine then you can sell it, one cd, one license, one computer.
