Liquid ozone

According to Chemfinder.com, liquid ozone is -192 C. This is -313.6 F. That's really cold. Either that or I have totally missed something.

Why would you want liquid ozone(O3 or trioxide)?

Ozone while necessary in the upper atmosphere it toxic to animanls and plants(this includes homo sapian sapians AKA humans)
