I called McDonalds Corporate, there is no national promotion like this. I also called a few restaurants in my area for good measure (since over 70% of restaurants are franchises) and not one said they have a promotion like this. So this is probably just in Jameson's area, but it's definately not a McDonalds Corporate promotion.
