Liquid CPU cooler in Silverstone ML03B?

Anyone have any experience with using a liquid CPU cooler in a Silverstone ML03B? Something like the Corsair H60?

The problem I see is that the ML03B only has 80mm case fans and most liquid coolers use 120mm mounting for the radiator. But perhaps the case could be modified with a hole cut in the top for mounting the radiator. If I could make it work it would be a nice option to upgrade on cooling. As is it runs somewhat hotter than I would like when used for gaming.

Has anyone modified this or a similar case to use a liquid cooler?

how do you intend to mount it?

because i see problems due to how rigid the tubes are on a AIO.

Also the lack of a 120mm mounting spot will probably give you headaches.

I think the only mounting option would be to cut into the top of the case and probably add some sort of grill.
