well u need a pump(a pretty good one too).Try one of the swiftech models which fit in ur budget.
Then u need water blocks to cool ur cpu/video cards.Swiftech make great cpu blocks and danger den makes great gpu bloccks. Then u need some tubing to connect it all up.(along with clamps flow meter etc..)And fans on ur radiator.

Great thread that addresses a lot of intorductory aspects to water cooling as well as some slight suggestions. While I myself don't agree with every thing it says, for the most part it does a great job. Personally, I'd stay away from Thermaltake with H20 equipment. I've got your radiator though and am impressed with the temps it allows me to get for not being a Thermochill.

My recommendation:

Laing DDC-Ultra Pump
MP-01 GPU Waterblock or MCW60. (The Maze4 is another possibility, but the MP-01 is almost a mixture between it and the MCW60. The MCW60 comes with ramsinks also, so I wouldn't bother with the Maze)
Apogee CPU Waterblock (I know, I know, the Storm is better for that kind of a pump, but honestly for the price you get the Apogee for, it comes close enough to the Storm to make up for the amount saved)
Your radiator: Stealth 240
MCRES-MICRO reservoir. (Cheap and does a great job. Helps minimize bubbles and is easy to fill)

These are just basics, but I think they will give you very impressive results.

Better deal

Not a great setup. Actually pretty cheap my guess, but it should be much better then air cooling and for the money it can't be beat. Might want to change the radiator fan for a silent one.

STAY AWAY FROM TT products! the Aqua bay is utter and complete crap. Its inlet and outlet is 1/4ID that u use adapters to make either 1/2 or 3/8. The inlet and outlets get bent and clogged and the stupid thing isnt worth the headache.

Dont even bother with a resivour unless u get one for free in a kit like the one from swiftech. T-line FTW!!! u can use it to bleed and drain :D

Also im assuming your a noobie in watercooling. Get a kit, Swiftech APEX220 FTW! u get everything you need in one nice little box and the radiator will perform near the GT.
Also get fuild as well when you buy your kit. NON CONDUCTIVE FLUID FOR THE NOOBIE is the best choice you can ever make. Spills will always be in the back of your head for the next 3months and having it be non conductive, you wont have to panic if u find a mysterious drop in the bottom of your case. Of course u should shut the system off, find the leak b4 turning it on again, but you wont have to worry about frying your entire system.

PROMOCHIL at performance-pcs.com
FuildXP at svc.com

these are two excellent coolants that i still even use, and ive been in the watercooling department for 2 yrs now. Also im tired and sick of GREEN. RED or YELLLOW ftw! red is easier to spot leaks if u wrap tissue around the barbs, and yellow lights up the brightest under UV light!

The two fuilds listed come in different colors.

Anyhow since you are new, get a kit, after your kit you start putting a custom kit from scratch.

My first watercooling was done though parts not conventional. This was a while back, and i used a rio900 pump with a heatercore. yes its old and ghetto, but back then the D4 pump was outragously expensive and the rio900 with slight resivour mod only costed 50 out the door.

Once again, get the swiftech apex220 kit, and save yourself the headache. U get everything in the box you will need to start the loop, and it even comes with the nasty green additive for DI water for coolant.
