I have, and if you check out the Cheap Ass Gamer Forum where the owner of the site has been posting and there has never been a problem from him over there.

Like I said I've put in 3 preorders, and I have bought (and received) a used game from him.
 
Yep. Relatively new site so he's advertising stuff cheap to get attention and regular customers. I do the same thing with Nike Golf shirts for my wife's website.
 
hahahaha. just preordered halo3, gta iv, assassin's creed, bioshock, mass effect and blue dragon. oh and COD4. hahaha

I just pre-ordered Mass Effect with about an hour left on the special. I had completely forgotten that Tony had given me $7 store credit because of a small shipping mix up with my Crackdown order back in April. Mass Effect for $33 is pretty awesome.
