Lion and Apple Keyboards?

Does anyone know if Apple is updating its wired and wireless keyboards for the launch of Lion? If you look at the MacBook Air you see the f3 f4 and eject keys are different. I just bought a keyboard 10 days ago (wired) and I am trying to figure out if I should exchange it for the new one. Apple's site doesn't seem to say, the wireless keyboard still shows the old keys.

The F3 key is the same, just without a border. I'm willing to bet it does Mission Control instead of Exposé, just like my F3 does in Lion on my late 2008 MacBook Pro. I'm not sure what the F4 does now, but it may still be Dashboard with a different icon. There is not eject key on the MacBook Air because, the Air does not have an optical drive. That key is the power button on the MacBook Air. In short, they really haven't changed the keys except possible F4.

Also, my guess is that at some point, Apple will update the keyboard, but they haven't reached that point yet. At that time, it will probably get black keys and a backlight.

Ah ok, so you think if I take it back and exchange it then it will be the exact same keyboard? 😛 A backlit wired/wireless keyboard would be awesome!

Sweet now we can buy the old keyboards for cheap. I end up using up a keyboard at least once per year.

What the heck are you doing to your keyboards?

I edit sound so i use them in weird ways. I destroy the space bar thwacking it like a bass guitar and I destroy the enter key on the numpad entering markers into sessions and doing memory recalls.
