Linuxmint Music notation Software help

It should be in the repos according to that. Open up software center, and do a search for rosegarden. Mint uses Ubuntu's repos.

A repo(repository) is a distro's(GNU/Linux distribution's) store of packages(programs) that are available directly to that particular distro. In your case, you're running the distro Mint which uses Ubuntu's repos, as well as a couple of their own. That being the case, anything in Ubuntu's repos will be available to you.

Open up Software Center(A program on your computer), and do a search for rosegarden. It should appear, and you'll either check a box, or click the install button to install it(I don't remember exactly how it works).

forgive me for the bad spelling the sentences but 1 I'm not English 2 my Sony vaio where I'm writing from has changed it's regional language and writing settings and I'm having difficult to figure the way they were before since it's an european laptop with multi languish settings.
