LINUX / Win2K dual boot question

I recently installed Mandrake LINUX w/ 2.4 kernel, dual booting with Win2K (Win2k was installed first.) I've been told by many people to use NTLDR instead of LILO due to M$FT OSes not liking other operating systems. Funny thing is, I use LILO to boot default Win2k and it works just fine.

Anyhow, I do want to use the NT loader and my question is how do I change from LILO to NTLDR??? Do I need to reinstall Win2k? Doing that will be a major PITA...

Any help would be appreciated! 🙂
