Linux/Which One?¿

Perhaps it would be good to have a small table with small descriptions after the main descripions... ie :

Difficutly level : easy,medium,hard,uber, only for Linus
Installation size : 100MB, 500MB, etc...
Speed : slow,fast, ???
default Security level : MS like, needs some tweekin, it's OpenBSD it's fine as it is 😛
common usage : firewall, web-server, file-server, desktop, developer
1337ness level : user, 1337, getting a Dell level!
Absolute min hardware : 386DX, Pentium, etc...

It would be cool to have a printable summary for quick reference....

This could almost be done for a "which OS" faq, not a "which Linux" faq.
 
Just to add to the fray:

Debian pros-
The entire debian packaing system
The quality of the developers and the developing system
It feels like one system, not just a compilation of packages
Easy to upgrade
Stable, even when they call it unstable or testing
Ian is pretty cool, from the few times I've talked to him

Debian cons-
Behind the curve
I think Debian is going to have a good HURD version out

I really like Debian.

Last I heard Linus uses RedHat 😉

OpenBSD needs some setup to be fine (in my opinion).

1337ness level is just kinda dumb, but might add some humor to the topic 😉

Most are 386s, but Im pretty sure Mandrake requires a 586, so maybe a "recommended for decent performance" section or something.
