Running:

Suse Linux Pro 7.3

Need to install:

VNC(Remote terminal access dohicky)

First ofall, if anyone has done this before, maybe you could help me with a walkthrough

I copied the *.so files that came in the tar file to usr/local/bin/

Now it says I have to point to Perl for the script. I found the peral 5.1 directory...but what specifically does it have to be pointing at?

thanks

well I did it during the summer .
Connect a winME to a slackware 8 and the reverse.

I don't remember what I did but the Reademe files were ok and I had no serious problems...
It took me more time to download the software than to install it ..

The strange thing with the linux is that it opens a new Xserver dedicated to the vnc connection..
and it doesn;t use the existing x-server

.Have a better look at the reademe files... it must be easier than you think.....

good luck.
