linux version of clockgen?

Currently i need to use clockgen to get my chip to stock speed (bios will only boot at 4x instead of 10 because of screwed up voltages). Would like to go back to linux dualboot, but need some way of adjusting mutlipliers and voltages (also fsb would be nice) from linux. Any suggestions?
