I bought a computer off Ebay and it has linux instaled. I need to know where i can get instructions for removing linux and then installing windows. I know what i am doing as far as reformatting a HD and
installing widows( have done it multiple times). But being linux is installed i dont know how to get to the DOS menu to FDISK. Very unfamilliar with Linux. thanks in advance. 😕

Heh, this question really isn't designed for a Linux user. Hopefully, you can just boot to a win9x floppy disk and delete the non-DOS partitions, and then fdisk mbr.

Boot with a Win9x boot disk.
Start Fdisk, remove the non-DOS partition/s, repartition and format.
