linux support for wusb11 2.6

Does anyone know if Redhat (or any other distro) will support the linksys wusb11 v2.6 wireless adapter out of the box?

I've gotten it to work in previous versions by installing a module, but I'd rather not have to do that. I've been wanting to move to linux, but that's holding me back.

if you've gotten it to work before, then it still should work, unless the module you installed was a proprietary one from linksys, but as far as networking goes, companies dont tend to do that. what is important is what chip it uses. try to find that out, then search and find if linux supports that chip.
