I was wondering if anyone could advise me roughly what spec of server/pc I should go for to be able to host a few media files, a website or two and a smalish but frequently accessed database.

I am looking to do this as cheap as possible so reconditioned, second hand, dell outlet etc.

I am also looking for a cheap way to convert the video signal from my sat box to analogue (RF perhaps?) and the audio to analogue.

any pointers would be greatfully received/
