linux proftpd configuration help

I just installed proftpd and took out wuftpd (kwuftpd) and i think i have everything set up correctly but when i try to run the prog it says it cant get the ip adress of dhcpp3(me).

now before with kwuftpd i had to goto the service configuration and click on kwufptd well now its not there for proftpd and there is a kwuftpd.rpmsave

now when i vi /etc/services and i see

ftp-data 20/tcp
ftp-data 20/udp

ftp 21/tcp
ftp 21/udp



Is this ok?
