Because printing it and sending it over the net may not be enough to protect it against anti-constitutional laws. Why not? Of course, we dont have Linus up on stage, sweating out of every pore on his body yelling about developers (with a nice catchy beat in the background)...

It is totally geeky and would be boring as h3ll for most people..........why can you not allow others their opinions without trying to assert yours upon them??? First of all, I alrady posted this . Under title "Want to listen to Linux kernel?". Nobody posted there though. Bunch of no-goods....

Secondly, while this thing has very little if any practical value, I believe the reason why they do this is to underline the fact that anyone has access to the Linux source-code. What better way to demonstrate that than to broadcast in on the air and online?
