Linux ISO

I have windows 2000 pro, and i just downloaded the iso image for redhat 7.O, I have never done this before, but i wanted to put it on a cd. Someone said that i need a special program to put it on, but some one else said that i should just burn it straight up. Any help or advice would be great.

oh i just did this the other day, haven't burnt it yet, but lemme help ya. first you need a burner, then a burner proggy, a good one is fireburner, if i figure out where i got it from ill let ya know. second for windows 2000 you'll need an aspi layer thingy, cause if you install adaptec ezcdcreator it'll mess your system up worse than hosing it with lighter fluid and throwing in a match., but if you do install adaptec, i can also help you undo it.. just lemme know. ill post a link to the aspi layer thingy next, install that after adaptec but before resarting and you'll be perfectly fine. then you should be good to go burn ok? lemme get the links
