I tried posting this in OS, but that didn't help me...so I'm posting it here.
When I'm trying to install Fedora Core the PC just hangs in an instance where it's trying to disble an IRQ. (I've encountered it trying to disable either 10 or 11 depending on which machine i'm trying to install it on.) I've let the PC sit for at least a half hour and it will not continue past that point....What can I do to remedy this?
I have one PC where I was able to sucessfully install Fedora on, but when it wanted to boot after the installation...It would not reboot the OS. It would just stop booting and hang after loading the Kernel. When I try to install it again... it gets a hdd timeout error....

Any help?

It says: "Loading SCSI/RAID Drivers" Then a black box appears saying"Disabling IRQ #10" and then it hangs there.

If it's disabling IRQs that means your hardware is acting odd, it's firing IRQs for devices that don't have anything registered. Normally that won't affect anything since there's no driver registered for that IRQ# anyway, but what's on those IRQs?
