Linux install problem....

I've just set up my new PC with Win2K and am now trying to add Linux Mandrake.. When I begin the install it tells me my partition info is to messed up so it is just gonna read what it can. But when it does read the drive it only shows the FAT32 part and not the partition I have ready for it... I used Partition Magic from within Win2K to create partitions for Linux.. I've never had this problem before and have installed Linux plenty of times... Any help would be appriciated... Thanks
