Linux Gnome Panels

I am a new user to Gnome, and i was messing around and accidentally deleted the main Gnome panel, there is no option to recreate that panel, so i was wondering where the user "profile" is located for gnomes desktop/panels. cause obviously when i log in as another user it is there. so if i can find the panel profile file i will be able to delete it and it will be recreatd again when i restart Gnome. PLEASE HELP!
