Linux-friendly RAID Controller?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good Linux-friendly RAID controller with decent driver support. I'm currently using a Promise FastTrack 133 onboard controller with RedHat. I'd like to give SuSe 9 Pro a try but they do not have a driver for my controller. Does anyone know of a decent IDE controller with drivers for SuSe 9?

I have a need for speed and I don't like being limited by the drivers I can find/get working!

LSI accelleRaid controllers.

Go to LSI's site and check under support/drivers & you'll find a site that list linux support.

This site will list models & specs.

Note you can get a ultra160 cntrl. on ebay for under $180. I got one that does raid 0, 1, 5, 10, etc.
