ok, i'm interested in installing Linux... well just wanna know more about it. Which distribution do you recommend? My friend has Corel Linux and Red Hat, are they good enough or should i get other?

and, currently i'm dual-booting winxp/win98 will it be a problem if i install linux, or maybe it's able to do triple-boot?

thanks >D

you can triple boot, but since you have XP I recommend dumping win98 in favor of linux. I'd probably suggest either mandrake or redhat for starting out, haven't seen redhat 8 yet, but it supposedly has even more GUI based tools than before, making it less frustrating for someone starting out.

Also, read the FAQ's, there is alot of good information there, including how to dual boot with linux and all that good stuff.
