Linux distro for server burn-in using F@H

I'm going to be doing some burn-in on a new server at work next week. What is the best Linux distro for running F@H while I burn it in? GUI or CLI is fine by me.
 
Not a linux person by any means.

BUT I used to use ubuntu. Its just that today its only the video cards that put up any real big ppd, and that is hard to install on linux (unless you are a guru at it)
 
Folding@home supports the mainstream distros. I use linux mint.

if your using server CPUs and have a minimum of 16 cores (actual, not threads) make sure to add the "bigadv" config option - it only works on Linux! note: running these cores successfully (gromex I believe??) can actually produce 200k+ ppd. pretty large (huge!) numbers for CPU tasks. if its not server CPUs, make sure to run CLI to get the highest core utilization if your doing it for burn-in.

bigadv worked for Windows also, I know because I have 3 24 core/thread servers that were running it. But the program is over, and there are no more bigadv units.

Its required 24 threads to run. Used to be 16, but they upped that before they dropped the program.
 
Note: BigAdv work units are only available to Linux operating systems at this time. However, Windows availability may return in the future.

July 2009 – Experimental BA program introduction, with 8 core minimum

July 2011 – BA points curve adjusted downward, 50% to 20% target

January 2011 – Core minimum raised to 16, deadlines shortened.

May 2014 – Core minimum raised to 24, deadlines shortened.

January 2015 – BA Experiment scheduled to end.
