linux distro for hardware firewall firewall

So I have an old 300mz PII with 196 or so of RAM that I would like to make into a firewall/proxy for my home network. I also have a dlink wireless router. What distro would you recommend for a linux firewall/proxy? It will be a mixed network of windows and linux machines. I was looking at IPCOP. Can I set the router as the green network without problems on the wireless side?
 
Sorry sould have searched first. What do you guys think of devil linux? and do you think my hardware will be suffecient?
