It suggested Mandrake or MEPIS, biut in the extra results it came up with Fedora, which is what I use. Fedora didnt match 100% becasue the default GUI is GNOME while I prefer KDE.

Don't ask me, I didn't write it.

I indicated my preference for KDE and Debian/Ubuntu came up as secondaries ("Does not use the desired desktop environment").

Primary was Ubuntu, which I use, but it still failed the criteria of "one click install applications".

Doesn't it have it though? Make sure I have the right repositories...and then apt-get program I want and wa la!

Or did it literally mean "one click on a gui and the application will install"? I thin that would be nice as well, although not even windows have programs that will install in just one click

I had something like that too. It said Fedora was close but failed because of architecture (which I selected as PC). :shocked:
