Linux compiling speed with Soltek 75DVR2 and Asus A7V266-E

How can one motherboard compile Linux Kernel faster than an other motherboard ?
For example, the Asus A7V compiles 27.7seconds faster than the Soltek but is wayyy on TOP (EDIT, not way behind !) of MANY benchmarks of games and rendering programs. What makes the difference ?
Is someone using this soltek SL-75DRV2 here ? Can you talk a little about it please ?

It would have to deal with what is stressed in those benchmarks and in compiling. Im sure that it is ahead in a couple benchmarks and i bet that what those benchmarks stress is the same thing that a compile streches
