Linux compatible bluetooth laser mouse w/ horizontal scroll?

I enjoyed the scroll ball on the Apple Mighty Mouse because I can do 360 degree (at least horizontal) scrolling.

Unfortunately, as you all probably know, the Mighty Mouse scroll ball gunks up and stops working soon. Therefore, I would like to find a replacement mouse.

Here are my requirements, in order of importance (with number 1 being most important):

(1) Fully Linux compatible
(2) Horizontal scroll ability (ideally 360 degree scroll)
(3) Bluetooth connection (no USB dongles!)
(4) Laser mouse
(5) Middle click
(6) Ergonomic

I would appreciate any constructive recommendations. Thank you!
