I figured I'd ask before buying a neat little toy, so:

Anyone know if the SHUTTLE FSYS-SV24 cube is reasonably easy to setup/configure in <insert distro here>? :p

I'm looking at geting a tiny little box for the specific reason of screwing around with *nix, so thus, I know little about setting up things; though, if the install was rough, I could muddle through it and learn more--but I digress. I'm just worried about the comlete integration of damned near everything in there :D

Anyone have one running some *nix flavor? :D

Not sure if this is more hardware question than OS question, but hey.

Is that the REALLY tiny machine? I think I saw that someone had installed a linux on it. Depending on the chipset, most of the integrated peripherals should work.

ya it should work fine, it has the via pl133 chipset, which is very supported by linux, so should work, good luck..

Nifty. I figure, if nothing else, it can be a box I can mess around in *nix, or perhaps a really cool footstool :D
