Linux boot manager

I installed Linux Mandrake 8.0 on a separate HD from Win2k and Win98 a few weeks ago. I needed the extra space so I decided to format the HD Linux was on. Everything went OK except that the boot manager that Linux put on at start-up is still there. How do I get rid of it?
