linux app to remove id3 tags inlcuding lyrics3 v2.00

I have no idea what lyrics3 is, but I use id3v2.

Lyrics3 v2.00 Spec

A lot of clowns are adding that frame to the mp3 since most tag&rename programs do not support it yet. Of course they use it to display stupid crap from their nfo files...It's generally not a problem, but getID3.php reads that frame first and then netjuke places that info into the db, rather than the correct info from the Album Tag. As a result the info displayed in netjuke ends up being wrong. I suppose I could modify getID3, but thats more of a band aid.

I'd just modify getID3. If it's a feature you're not gonna use, why not rip it out anyways?
